If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Vox support through this site’s chat window to receive authorization to return items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds can only be issued in the same payment as the original payment method. (A purchase made with a credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, etc. Please note: delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Returns sent from US addresses take up to 2 weeks to process after the package is received. The credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements. Vox webstores can’t refund tax or duty costs for online orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise (shipping will not be refunded). Who is responsible for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return.
Exchanges
We do not process replacements or exchanges. It is our policy to issue a refund and you can place a new order.
Return Restrictions
We can only accept returns for products in new and unused condition unless the product is defective. Clothing and apparel must be unwashed.
When you wish to return a promotional or incentive gift, return / refund approval is done on an order by order basis because of the complex nature of expired promotions or incentives.
How to Ship Your Items Back
Contact customer support through chat & indicate the order number & item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. Once the return has been authorized by customer support, instructions will be given.
Put the items you are returning in the original package if possible. If the original packaging is unusable the customer will need to supply packaging.
If you are issued a paid return shipping label, apply the issued return label (or) properly address box as per your return instructions.
Always write your order number on the outside of your box and include your return approval email inside your box.
